| Responsibilities |

- Prepare business analysis reports, financial analysis, industry analysis.

- Possess basic understanding about investment banking transactions such as IPO, merger & acquisition, capital raising, etc.

| Requirements |

- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree at the top Vietnamese or abroad universities related to banking, finance, economics.

- Hardworking and passionate about a career in corporate finance/investment banking.

- Good command of English in all areas.
