1.Customer Marketing, Data Analyst

What you will do: As Marketing Data Analyst, you will wield your analytical expertise beyond the reporting to support our aggressive growth goals which can be structured around 3 themes:

- Analysis: relishes the challenge of digging into complex user data across marketing and customer data set to help find ways to effectively scale and optimize our marketing campaigns/ projects.

- Database Management: You will also be expected to find new marketing tools, create new databases for new dataset you acquired, and writing queries to transform or restructure our data to power more in-depth analytics.

- Marketing Execution: Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to develop new initiatives related to customer marketing and customer experience & manage the project execution.

Your interpretive work will minimize ambiguity and maximize insights, empowering our team to develop more effective outreach campaigns.

2.Digital Marketing Assistant

The Digital Marketing Assistant will support Assistant Manager, Brand and Integrated Marketing to execute brand and campaign activities in digital channels. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and passionate junior marketer with an ambition to forward a digital marketing career path.

Primary Responsibilities

- Assist to implement integrated marketing activities across social, digital, mobile, and events.

- Prepare interesting written copy and upload approved marketing material for company’s

- website and social media site.

- Update and maintain marketing department's documentation and databases.

- Assist with the production of marketing materials and literature.

- Provide support for marketing events as required.

- Support marketing team in administration tasks in coordination with other internal departments

- such as booking venues, ordering marketing material and settling vendor payments.. etc.

Required Experience

- A degree in marketing (not essential but an advantage)

- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing

- Personable, presentable and articulate.

- Strong administration and organizational skills.

- Good English communication skill.

- Understand of photo shooting and simple graphic design is a plus.

Reporting to: Assistant Manager, Brand and Integrated Marketing, AIA Vietnam.

3.Brand Marketing, Assistant Manager

Primary Responsibilities

- Develop and implement integrated marketing and multi-media advertising initiatives, across social, digital, mobile, tv, print, PR and editorial, outdoor, and events, to drive category growth

- Manage production schedules and project delivery. Engage and oversee external vendors and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes

- Manage and nurture external relations with agency stakeholders, marketing partners, and strategic partners, if any

- Support the implementation of brand strategy, customer strategy, product strategy, and other project and CSR initiatives

- Implement a digital strategy that is responsive to current consumer behaviour in learning and purchasing

- Develop and drive internal communications in close partnership with HR to meet employee engagement objectives

Required Experience

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong copywriting capability is required.

- Track record of 3-6 years in marketing, product, sales and distribution, or related field.

- Detailed oriented with an ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Working knowledge of digital highly recommended; knowledge and comfort with social media platforms, apps and mobile platforms.

- Awareness of current culture and trends in consumer behavior.

- Comfortable with the financial services environment and in marketing financial products.
