Mô Tả Công Việc

- Estimate the cost of construction.

- Choose the exact number of materials and different parts of the building, based on the design specifications, architectural drawings.

- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.

- Measure and value the work done on construction site.

- Pay subcontractors.

- Select and/or source construction materials.

- Ensuring materials are suitable for the environment.

- Drawing up contacts with vendors.

- Write reports.

Yêu cầu công việc:

- Knowledge of construction estimation or work experience equivalent to 1 ~ 2 years.

- Being active and interested in working young company.

- Japanese or English skills (Prefer).

- Communication skill.

- Negotiation skill.

- Building and Maintaining Relationships.

- Solve problem skill.

- Teamwork.

- Able to work under high pressure.
