Customer Service Representative

Work Location: #2, Block B, Van Do Building, 348 Ben Van Don, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Descriptions

We are looking for full-time customer service representatives. You will be assisting customers by responding to phone calls, emails and responding to online chats.

- Able to handle tough situations: Sometimes, things don't go as planned. You should be able to stay calm and think clearly in stressful or challenging situations.

- Computer skills: 40+ wpm typing speed, good email etiquette

- Punctual and responsible: We run a very lean operation, so attendance is critical.

- Past customer service experience: It's not an absolute must, but it'll help a lot in knowing how to approach the job.
