- Strong drive for creative and communication innovation with a keen eye for design, and attention to details.

- Ensure product lifespan & revenue forecast with Board Of Director.

- Always looking for new method to improve revenue & retention rate of product.

- Manage, coordinate, orient, and improve the team cohesion and individual working efficiency.

Function & Mission

- Manage 1-3 Game Operation or 2-6 productions in one year.

- Make sure about plan of revenue and team members of every quarter and every year with BOD.

- Weekly and monthly report about Team and Product with BOD.

- Work with Board Of Director and Research team receive product:

- Myanmar market and company vision.

- Make sure about revenue and team members.

Manage product:

- Got team members status, work with Game Operation team to define the appropriate development

- Make relevant decision concern about product, team members, etc

- Training team members, make talk show (if any)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1.Knowledge

- Knowledge about Internet/Game online in Myanmar and world.

- Business development is a plus.

- Reading, watching films, books of Myanmar and around world.

- Knowledge and playing game mobile: RPG, Casual, SLG, RTS, ARPG…

- Knowledge about Technology/Internet.

- Analyst data.

- At least 3 year experience, supervisor to manager level.

- Understanding Marketing & PR field.

- Love to play game.

2. Personal – Soft Skill

- Presentation skill.

- Research skill, good communication in English and Myanmar.

- Planning, follow up project.

- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, power point, etc.

- Management skill, team work and work independent.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- More than 2 years' experience.

- Experienced Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST, Hibernate, SQL developer.

- Experienced front end Javascript, Bootstrap, ReactJs.

- Experienced PostgreSQL and/or MySQL developer.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills, especially in a complex application stacks.

- Good understand about Nginx, Load balancing technology.

- Experienced with Message Queue Technology like ActiveMQ.

- Experienced with Memcache, Elasticsearch.
