1. Process Analyst

- Participate in the process management and improvement implementation teams in the company

- Participates in various roles in process improvement activities (projects), mainly at the field of process AS-IS descriptions, TO-BE proposals,

- Participates as a special knowledge holder in business processes for internal customers

- Ensure consistency in company processes, systems and reporting

- Prepare process maps, manuals, operating procedures

- Testing of processes correctness and effectivity.

- Support new process development in cooperation other departments

- Comment and approve proposed company processes for new products

- Takes into account operation´s productivity to optimize costs and improve performance

REPORTING LINE

- Direct Line: Head Of Project and Methodology.

- Subordinates: none

JOB OVERVIEW

- To perform underwriting of new loans that needs to pass manual underwriting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Approve Consumer loans applications based on the assigned delegations and in compliance with underwriting manual

- To solve not standard cases

- Control parameters of the application and perform controls required by underwriting manual

- Propose improvements in underwriting procedures

- To fulfill other tasks requested by team leader/manager

- Participate on team meetings and trainings

- Database administrator (DBA) is responsible for the performance, integrity and security of a database. DBA will also be involved in the planning and development of the database, as well as troubleshooting any issues on behalf of the users.

- Monitoring performance and managing parameters to provide fast responses to front-end users

- Mapping out the conceptual design for a planned database

- Considering both back-end organization of data and front-end accessibility for end-users

- Refining the logical design so that it can be translated into a specific data model

- Further refining the physical design to meet system storage requirements

- Installing and testing new versions of the DBMS

- Writing database documentation, including data standards, procedures and definitions for the data dictionary (metadata)

- Controlling access permissions and privileges

- Developing, managing and testing back-up and recovery plans

- Ensuring that storage and archiving procedures are functioning correctly

- Capacity planning

- Communicating regularly with technical, applications and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security

- Commissioning and installing new applications and customizing existing applications in order to make them fit for purpose

- Participate in other relevant projects assigned by Line Manager

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

- Advanced knowledge of database structure and theory

- Proven Experience with MSSQL. Oracle experience is a plus

- Basic understanding of disaster recovery and database backup procedures

Mô tả Công việc

- To develop risk reporting, perform risk analysis and maintain the risk part of DWH.

- Design and develop reporting risk data infrastructure for unsecured retail lending products (credit cards, personal loans, overdrafts).

- Deploy and maintain credit risk reporting system and enhance changes to the existing infrastructure to optimize reporting process.

- Perform standard risk report (Portfolio Quality Reviews) and detailed ad-hoc analysis if required.

- Support the team in implementing credit risk strategy and scoring models to a Risk Decision Engine.

- Drive customers selection based on defined risk criteria for x-sell purposes.

- Cooperate actively on technical level with IT and data warehouse teams.

- Provide input to Portfolio Quality Review meetings

- Participate in other relevant projects assigned by Line Manager.

Qualification & experience

- Min. 2 years of experience in MIS team or IT in an institution maintaining retail customer data.

- Experience of risk management practices within the Vietnam banking / consumer finance industry and familiarity with credit risk exposure calculation methodologies & tools would be desirable but not essential

Knowledge & Skills

- Strong knowledge of how to build and work with relational database (SQL, SAS, Oracle, etc.)

- Proficient in use of MS Access and Excel and good knowledge about statistics programs (SAS , Answer Tree, R Statistics,).

- An ability to write and think clearly and to reduce complex concepts to their simplest form.

- Excellent interpersonal skills in dealing with key stakeholders.

- Excellent problem solving and quantitative skills.

JOB OVERVIEW

- Online Marketing Specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp online user behavior trends and generate creative ideas. This position should also be well-versed in specialized content marketing development, social media strategy and tactic. Be a key role of the development and execution of online marketing campaigns to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and execute online campaigns/projects including marketing database, email, social media and product promotion/display advertising campaigns

- Produce content and copy for variety of efforts (e.g. SEO strategies, paid media campaigns, social media and community engagement, brand positioning, websites, email marketing)

- Evaluate online marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, media campaign reporting tools or third party social media tools (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram…)

- Manage and update company’s website, Facebook fan page, campaign’s subpages

- Monitor customer/user’s reaction through social listening to avoid online media crisis.

- Monitor and optimize spend and performance based on the customer’s online reaction

- Optimize, track, and analyze the websites' performance and digital channels (Facebook, Youtube, …) to acquire business prospects.

- Monitor industry developments and competitors' products/activities to identify opportunities to drive new customer/user growth

- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to execute online promotional events and campaigns

- Monitor and update the online marketing budget’s expenditure

- Undertake individual tasks of an online marketing plan as assigned

- Demonstrable experience in online marketing data analytics and tools

- Excellent Vietnamese writing and editing skills is A MUST

- Research Specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and identifies opportunities for product and business development. This position should also be well-versed in specialized market research concepts, principles, methods and tactics. Be a key member of the market research and business intelligent projects

- Designs and conduct appropriate research solutions to drive meaningful insight for customer’s needs, habits and trends.

- Keep track of competitors and state of the industry

- Understand, interpret and synthesize data from various sources (e.g. sales data, media spend data).

- Translate insights into engaging angles with clear and concise implications that will help making better marketing decisions

- Handle day-to-day execution tasks for research projects including quantitative and qualitative research studies, design research approach, survey questionnaire/guideline and work with internal and external parties for data collection.

- Follow up fieldwork progress, take control of fieldwork’s problems.

- Conduct in-depth interviews, group discussion as a moderator.

- Draft basic survey’s outputs, reports based on data/findings, prepare management presentations with the results of conducted surveys or researches and present results to target auditorium.

- Prepare survey logistics, such as discussion guide, vendor contacts, set up meetings/trainings questionnaire, show cards, code book, taking notes during interviews, tab sheet, etc. for in-house projects.

- Monitor and update the research budget/project’s expenditure.

- Manage database, state of the industry reports, survey results, findings…

- Undertake individual tasks of a research project as assigned.

- Excellent communication skills, including strong ability to relate to people at all levels and an effective/flexible communication style (qualitative)

- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools

- Good data/insights analysis / interpretation skills
