Job Description

- Perform financial analysis, value realty assets or study the feasibility of developing projects, financial-model development (real estate)

- Conduct site inspection, market research and liaise with brokers to collect data and input for financial models, prepare full report and do presentation for clients

- Discuss significant exceptions noted with relevant projects and document results for reporting to management

- Subject site ranging from operating assets such as resort, hotel, condotel, luxury apartment, commercial shopping mall...

- Provide relevant financial information to management by collating and summarizing data, analyzing trends or irregularities, preparing reports and making presentations of findings, analyses and recommendations

- Monitor and analyst financial statements, audit reports, appraisal reports, business plans, budget forecast.

- Assist to Finance Manager in dealing with investors/ shareholders

- Requirements:

- Fluently in English

- Priority candidates: Big4 valuation, CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Savill, Novaland, ...

- BA degree or higher, preferably in Finance

- Strong analytical skill; excellent communication & interpersonal skills; strong leadership and influencing skills, good problem solving skills; computer literacy

- Independent, mature, able to work under high pressure

- Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.

- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
