Mô Tả Công Việc

- Translating Marketing material (brochure, leaflets, press release,) from English to Vietnamese and vice versa if any.

- Efficiently managing marketing tasks, liaise with related departments (front desk, sales, accounting,) to ensure work efficiency.

- Preparing and delivering promotional items.

- Preparing, checking and negotiation contract with suppliers, ensure the deadline and task requirement.

- Managing Marketing inventories, delivering inventories to related parties timely and ensuring stock balances correct.

- Updating marketing reports.

- Undertaking daily Marketing administrative tasks.

- Supporting in posting online content on the company’s Website and social Media account.

- Supporting in organizing Marketing Event, projects.

- Other Marketing related jobs assigned by Managers & General Director.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Proficiency in translation (EN to VN; VN to EN).

- Excellent in office management (preferred in Marketing Support).

- English communication.

- Good knowledge of marketing principles.

- Exquisite communication and people skills.

- Knowledge of social media platforms.

- Demonstrate ability of multi-task and adhere to deadlines.

- Problem-solve orientation.

- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
