Wellspring Saigon Bilingual School is now looking for HR Admin Intern (Engagement & Internal Events):

Responsibility:

- Support in preparation documents for Orientation.

- Support in organizing HR or Office events. (70% scope of work)

- Filing personnel records

- Prepare and submit documents at local authority office: Social insurance, Immigration department

- Support HR team in preparing documents for Inspectors.

- Assist C&B to apply for Social insurance, PIT, family deduction

- Other supports for HR Team.
