Tuyển dụng việc làm vị trí Safety Manager

Mức lương: 700 - 900 USD

Mô Tả Công Việc
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety requirements and locally applicable regulations.
- Set safety priorities, metrics, target and requirements.
- Provide safety & environment operation for company in manufacturing operations.
- Instil and foster proactive safety-conscious culture and drive operational ownership of working environment, Health & Safety programs through all levels of the organization.
- Develop and implement safety programs to comply with company safety requirements and regulatory requirements.
- Manage environmental related matters associated with business operations including air, water, waste and chemical/materials management issues.
- Conduct safety training and presentations on various topics within scope of responsibility.
- Perform safety audits/inspections and ensure appropriate corrective actions are developed and implemented on a timely basis.
- Lead and/or participate in incident investigations and ensure appropriate root causes are identified and corrective actions are developed/implemented.
- Evaluate safety risks and challenges and develop appropriate risk reduction strategies.
- Establish SOP instruction and training to related person.
- Work closely with team to develop and implement functional safety programs and strategies.
- Maintain safety and health records and documents required by company and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Additional tasks, as required from management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Safety Sciences, Environmental Sciences, or other technical field ( Planning, QA/QC have knowledge of engineering ).
- Fluently in English communication or Japanese communication (Japanese is prefer)
- Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
* EXPERIENCE
- Have experience in safety control for manufacture Japanese company.
* SKILL
- Good at Microsoft Office.
- Have good ownership & leadership skill.
- Have good knowledge of safety operation in factory.
- K.Y identification and assessment.

- Promote one of leading brands in the sanitary ware in the North of Vietnam.
- Align with Designers, Architects and Developers to promote and create brand awareness of brand.
- Take care of existing accounts & look for new accounts (especially architect/design companies).
- Make proposal, quotation, specification of company products and consult to clients.
- Constantly monitor, follow up and report on progress of the projects to all stakeholders.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Cooperate with internal departments to get optimum project support & make sure everything run smoothly.
- Dig out information from real estate market from BCI.
- Cooperate with PJ team to hold workshop, seminar for professionals.
- Other tasks are assigned by higher management level.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from University, preferably major in business or civil engineering.
- Female only.
- Have 1 - 2 years working experiences.
- Work in construction, architecture or real estate industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work with multi - functional teams and approachable.
- English is a must.
Other skills:
- Fluent in Microsoft office
- Good in presentation and soft skills
